Annie Rouse, COO at OP Innovates, will appear this month on multiple panel discussions at the SupplySide West conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.

SupplySide West is an annual conference of health and nutrition professionals from across the industry, gathering to share knowledge and network. This year’s event occurs from October 25 – 28 at the Mandalay Bay casino resort.

Annie Rouse on hemp panels at SupplySide West

On Tuesday, October 26, Annie will take part in a day of SupplySide West panels on the growing U.S. hemp industry, called “Hemp’s expanding opportunities (mostly) beyond CBD.” She will moderate a panel called “Delta-8 THC: The science, the opportunity and the risk.”

Delta-8 is a risky and experimental cannabinoid that is lab-derived from CBD, creating a product that is dubiously legal or safe for consumers, and is already banned in several states. See the Hemp Mellow blog for a comparison between OP Innovates’ Hemp Mellow capsules and Delta-8.

Annie will also speak on the panel, “Complementary ingredients to supercharge a CBD-forward product and dominate condition-specific categories.” We believe Naturia+ is the ultimate complement to any cannabinoid, aiding in absorption and efficacy. In addition, the OP Innovates team are experienced at blending cannabinoids like CBD with added essential oils and other beneficial compounds that can enhance their effects.
